13.5 x 4.5 Hickory bowl

This hickory bowl has stunning color contrasts from dark to light. It also has some knot holes with voids in them, meaning it’s not a soup bowl. It would hold dried goods well, but I do not recommend for use with liquids. It would make a great center piece as a fruit bowl or for serving undressed salads. Hickory is an extremely dense wood that is difficult to work with  As all my works are, it is finished with a food-safe mineral oil/beeswax mix.  Included will also be care instructions and the recipe to make my finishing wax yourself to care for this product.
